By default, the Knowledge Base displays articles in Portuguese. To view articles translated into another language, you need to set up this language in your profile on the Ticket Portal.


To set the language in the Ticket Portal, follow the steps below: 


1. Access the Copastur Ticket Portal and log into the platform; 


2. In the top right-hand corner, click on the initial of your name and click on Editar Perfil



3. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on Alterar as informações de usuário ou senha:



4. You will be taken to another page. In the top right-hand corner, click on Editar perfil




5. Under Outras informações, in the Idioma field, select the desired option;


6. Click Salvar to conclude the change.
